1) Downloads
V: Are the download files free of charge?
The download files (trial versions) are free of charge. At the time of installation, the license agreement mentions the period during which the software may be used at no charge.
2) Trialperiod has expired
V: What to do when the trialperiod has expired ?
For extended use you have to purchase a license in conformity with the license agreement or otherwise remove the software from the computer.
3) Payment options
V: Do you offer payment options other than creditcard?
In order to offer our customers a maximum service, we have a wide range of payment options. The number may vary per country.
4) Handling charges
V: Do I pay handling charges ?
In case of physical delivery outside Holland, we charge for handling. In case of electronic delivery (ESD), we do not charge for handling.
5) VAT
V: Are prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
Prices listed are exclusive of VAT. For EC-residents without a VAT ID, the price will be increased by the relevant VAT percentage.
6) Privacy
V: How do you guarantee the privacy of the customer ?
All customer information is solely for internal purposes. We will never sell, rent, lease or share your name, e-mail address or other personal information.
